This WRL Globe Scout 680 AM/CW Transmitter, is in Very Good Condition. I had this on the bench a few years ago and if memory serves, I powered it up and it put out the rated power.
As with most vintage gear it it may benefit with an alignment and capacitor replacement as it looks like it still has the original electrolytic capacitors.
I am selling it as is as described.

Guest Bruce Murdoch from Crest Hill, Illinois, wrote this to us: "I actually purchased a Globe Scout transmitter completely assembled, brand new, from World Radio Laboratories, in 1957. We are not quite sure about the start in 1955 and will have to verify that later with ads from the time.
